Yes. Our collision and towing line, (561) 900-8515, is available seven days a week for accident recovery and roadside help in Boca Raton and Palm Beach County. The body shop itself is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Yes, and it matters more than most drivers realise. Whichever shop the car is delivered to tends to be the shop that repairs it. You are not obliged to accept the facility a tow operator or an insurer suggests — you can name ours.
Most policies with collision or roadside coverage include towing after an accident, often up to a set distance or amount. We can tell you what to ask your carrier, and we deal with the adjuster directly once the car is with us.
Drive it in only if you are certain it is safe. Structural damage, a compromised radiator, or a deployed sensor is not always visible. If there is any doubt, call and we will come out and look at it rather than risk further damage.
